Container
This is the first in a series of paintings in which I am trying to ‘contain’ the painted universe (or possibly myself). These containers could be a part of the ‘golden egg’ (‘Hiraṇyagarbha) but broken, or just a fragment of the whole. As there is no lid, the contents can at any time be spilled…
